Step 1 - read and agree to the liability waiver

Step 2 - purchase your membership (click button below)

Step 3 - download the Impact Wrap app (Impact Wrap for iOS // Impact Wrap for Android) and create your account

Step 4 - search for our gym (United Family Martial Arts) to join

**It can take up to 24 hours to process your membership. If you would like to start a class ASAP, then send us a message or give us a call!

Step 5 - you will now have access to our classes. Classes open for booking 2 hours ahead of a scheduled class.

All new members should check-in at the front desk upon arrival before their first class.

Please show up 15 minutes prior to class time to allow us time to give you a short orientation.
