Classes

All of our classes offer a great combination of bag work and resistance training. Classes are offered 7 days a week - each class is different, some will focus more on bag work; other classes may be more of a circuit style or include focus pads.

All classes will offer a great workout utilizing the Impact Wrap technology to keep track of your strikes on the bags, and monitor your heart rate and calories burned.

The atmosphere in classes is friendly, encouraging, and supportive. Beginners are more than welcome in any of our classes and will feel at ease with the guidance of our friendly and experienced coaches.
